Appointment, Cancellation & Deposit Policy To provide a high-touch experience and dedicated time for each guest, the following policies apply to all appointments at Studio 406 Salon LLC: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a $15 late fee if time allows. If the appointment can no longer be accommodated, it will be canceled and charged 75% of the scheduled service. Deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred one time only to the same service, provided the appointment is rescheduled within 14 days of the original appointment date. Deposits not used within this timeframe will be forfeited. Health & Wellness Policy To maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests and staff, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, cold or flu symptoms, fever, coughing, or any condition that may be contagious. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled if signs of illness are observed upon arrival. Holiday & Peak-Time Policy Appointments booked during holidays, weekends, or high-demand periods are considered peak-time appointments. These appointments may require higher deposits and stricter cancellation terms. Deposits may be partially or fully forfeited for cancellations or no-shows, regardless of notice. Severe Weather Policy In the event of severe weather common to the area, including snow, ice, flooding, or hazardous road conditions, safety is the top priority. Studio 406 Salon LLC may reschedule or cancel appointments without penalty if travel is unsafe. Clients will be notified via text or email. If you are unable to attend due to severe weather, cancellation or late fees may be waived at the discretion of Studio 406 Salon LLC. Weather-related deposits will be applied toward a future appointment. These appointments may require higher deposits and stricter cancellation terms. Deposits may be partially or fully forfeited for cancellations or no-shows, regardless of notice. Refund & Redo Policy All services at Studio 406 Salon LLC are final sale. No refunds are offered on services, packages, subscriptions or deposits. If you have concerns with your service, please notify the salon within 48 hours. Redo appointments must be scheduled within 7 days and are intended to refine the original service only. Requests made outside this timeframe will be considered acceptance of the completed service.
