CANCELLATION POLICY
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 100% of that service There is a 15-minute grace period - after 15 mins, there will be a $15 late fee (after 20mins the appointment will be canceled and charged 100% of the service) All deposit are “non refundable” only can transfer once to another appointment date.
